Moorea is a full-time coach with M2 Performance Nutrition and trains + coaches part time at Invictus Boston.

Originally from Upstate NY, her passion for health and performance stems from her own personal experience as a competitive athlete. Moorea has a background in Biochemistry and Exercise and Sport studies, and is aspiring to become a Physician Assistant. She has seen how small lifestyle changes can have a huge impact on a person's happiness and overall health.

When she isn’t coaching or training, she loves to eat #uglybowls, binge Netflix series, and spend QT with her family and fur-baby, Harper.
